Membership Benefits

The Glow Club is designed to make your self-care routine easier, more consistent, and more rewarding.

Active members receive 15% off qualifying service orders of $50 or more while their membership remains active.

Members may choose the appointment schedule that works best for their routine:

• Every 3 Weeks
• Every 4 Weeks
• Every 5 Weeks

A one-time $20 sign-up fee is required when joining the membership.

Membership Schedule

When you join The Glow Club, you will select your preferred recurring appointment frequency: every 3 weeks, every 4 weeks, or every 5 weeks.

Your membership appointments will continue according to the schedule you selected unless you request a change.

Your 15% membership discount applies to qualifying service orders of $50 or more.

Payment

A valid debit or credit card must be kept on file while your membership is active.

Your payment will be processed according to your selected membership schedule.

Members are responsible for keeping their payment information current. If a payment cannot be processed, membership benefits may be paused until the payment method is updated.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens.

Members are allowed up to 2 complimentary reschedules per year.

After the two complimentary reschedules have been used, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply to each additional reschedule.

When possible, rescheduled appointments should remain within the same general appointment period so that your membership routine stays on track.

Missed Appointments & Last-Minute Cancellations

If you miss a scheduled appointment or cancel at the last minute, you may still be charged for the original appointment.

This policy helps protect reserved appointment time and ensures fairness for all clients.

Membership Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your membership, we require at least 30 days’ notice.

If proper notice is not provided before your next scheduled billing or appointment cycle, the upcoming charge may still be processed.

Your membership benefits will remain active through the end of any already-paid membership period.

Membership Discount

The membership discount is 15% off qualifying service orders of $50 or more.

The minimum qualifying order is $50 before the membership discount is applied.

Membership discounts may not be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts unless otherwise stated.

Changing Your Membership Schedule

If you would like to change from:

Every 3 Weeks → Every 4 Weeks
Every 4 Weeks → Every 5 Weeks
or another available membership schedule,

please contact us before your next scheduled appointment so we can update your membership.

Membership Status

Membership benefits are available only while your membership remains active and your payment method is in good standing.

If your membership is canceled or payment cannot be processed, the 15% member discount and other membership benefits will no longer apply.
